Day 2 Melbourne
We had quite the busy day. We walked over 13 miles and hit a lot of the major things to see in the area including Victoria Market, Federation Square, the graffiti art alley, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Chinatown and Fitzroy gardens. Many of my photographs were taken with the DSLR, but here are a few from my phone.

Day 1 Melbourne
We spent the day wandering through the streets of Melbourne, through alley ways, looking at all of the fantastic little shops and cafes. We do not know what people are talking about when they say food here is expensive. There are a million delicious things to be eaten at quite reasonable prices. We settled on an alley way cafe that served spicy ramen, udon, fishcakes, and fried seaweed. It was perfect. Topped off with a beer to help with the jet lag. Followed up by more wandering.
I really enjoyed the Dr. Seuss gallery. The paintings had so much more depth than what you see on the pages of his books.
We stopped for tiramisu and coffee at another outdoor cafe. The weather is perfect fall. The leaves are just starting to turn.
